Assent Rebrand

note: a contractor was hired to work on this logo.

Triangles assembling together symbolize the components and parts of durable goods.

Old Logo
New Logo

We could never figure out what this font was...but it's ugly.

Done through Upwork in 2008 and looked dated from the get-go.

What are these? Our best guess was a chain since Assent is a supply chain software company but everyone had their own theory.

Triangles motif is a symbol of strength, balance, guidance, and also echoes the letterform of a capital “A”.

Cool colour tones of blue and green evoke trust, protection, sustainability, and renewal.

The logo type is approachable, friendly, optimistic and straightforward while carrying
a quiet, reassuring confidence.

Assent underwent a complete rebrand in 2021. Our new messaging centered around Assent's greatest competitive advantage - our unparalleled "depth of knowledge," which is captured in our tagline, "Real Depth. Sustainable Growth." I lead the rebrand of the look and feel across the entirety of the design landscape. Below are some of the examples of how we incorporate ‘depth’ in our design.

About the Project

Triangles were strategically layered both in front and behind our angled blocks of color, creating a visually dynamic composition.

We also used this pattern created from the sequence of triangles found in the logo layered on top of the gradient to create more dimension.
